There's this family, a father, a mother, their 7-year-old son and they have a horse. When they were passing Village Number 1, the woman was riding the horse and the villagers started gossiping.
When they were passing through Village Number 2, the child was the one riding the horse and the villagers, again, started gossiping.
They shrugged off what they heard. When they were journeying Village Number 3, after a long kilometer of walking, it was the father's turn to ride the horse. And yes, the villagers started gossiping again.
LESSON? People will always have something to say. They don't even know their full story; they don't even know their journey.
This is so true in our reality today. People will always judge and have comments about your journey or chosen career, whether you are an Accountant, Engineer, Architect, Business Owner, Doctor, Nurse, HR Professional, Government employee, Freelancer. People will just have something to say to you. You know what? They don’t even know the real YOU, your DREAMS, your HEART.
Wherever you are right now, embrace your journey and if you feel like taking that leap of faith, PRAY FOR IT. God’s voice is better than all the noise this world gives you.
I’m cheering for you!
