Passion Builds Businesses, Not Fear

A lot of businesses were greatly impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. Big businesses have either started laying off employees or employees are forced to use their leaves or some would decrease their employees' salaries just to keep the company afloat. Some Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs), especially the non-essential businesses, are forced to be in more than 2 months hiatus now. Worst, some officially declared bankruptcy.
For most people, it's not a great time to do business now. But for some, they take this as an advantage to build their passion and develop their skills to come back even better than before.
Check your community's Facebook group. I admire the people who are selling various products online, from raw meat to fruits to baked goodies to hand-sewn face masks to disinfectant rugs AND MORE! In crisis, we can see the resilience of Filipinos who are trying to make ends meet by being resourceful. There was one person who even used the cash aid he got from the government to start his own BBQ stand. The cash aid wasn't that big, but at least he was able to generate more money from it.
Great are those who do not succumb to fear but utilize their time to harness their energies instead. Robert Kiyosaki once said, "The best way to keep going is to keep the flame in your heart alive."
How about you? What is your passion? Think about it.
Bloom where you are planted,
